• A user is any individual who accesses or uses Sailly's services.

• Profit Consistency
• Market Prediction Accuracy

All trading decisions are made at the User's own discretion and responsibility.

6. User Behavior in the Community

Users are required to maintain ethics and professionalism within the community, including but not limited to:

• Do not spread false or misleading information
• Do not promote without permission
• Do not spam or engage in disruptive behavior
• Do not spread hate speech or illegal content

Sailly reserves the right to take strict action against violations, including removing access without refund.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All materials, modules, designs, logos, content and systems available on Sailly Trading Hub are the property of Sailly and are protected by applicable law.

Users are prohibited from:

• Reselling
• Reusing content without written permission

8. Limitation of Liability

Sailly is not responsible for:
